The Innovation Pkwy. Office Center (IPOC) is a 150,000-square-foot building that is leased to SNL. The three-story facility, owned by DePonte Investments, features a mixture of one-person and two-person offices, cubicles, conference rooms, and support space. The IPOC facility houses only unclassified office space. Building occupants include the Badge Office, Facilities, and Procurement organizations.
