The Kirtland Partnership Committee (KPC) is a non-profit corporation established in 1996. Consisting of businessmen and women who support, preserve, and grow Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB), the KPC works to address issues of common concern with commanders on base, Air Force officials, Pentagon officials, the New Mexico Congressional Delegation, elected and appointed officials from the City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, the State of New Mexico, and others. The KPC hosts public events to inform the citizens of what goes on “Behind the Gates” of KAFB, which has a total annual economic impact of $7.8 billion dollars.
